“Here they come
They’re back in town
It’s the greatest show around
Cause the circus is coming to town”

(the circus is coming to town)

Do you remember the first time you went to the circus? I do… I was about to turn 8 years old when my grandparents surprised me one afternoon with a trip to the circus! It was an incredible, memory making surprise and my grandparents and I had an amazing time watching all the acrobats, clowns and much, much, more. In a couple of weeks I will take Alexander to his first proper circus. And it’s not just a circus…

Cirque du Soleil Kooza opens on November 23, only a few hundred meters outside Paris, Under the Grand Chapiteau on the island Ile Seguin, Boulogne-Billancourt.

Cirque du Soleil’s Kooza tells the story of The Innocent, a lonely and decrepit soul who loses himself in the world. A story, which combines today’s modern fantasy with the traditional aspects of the circus.

Be prepared for clowns prancing through the crowd, teasing members of the audience, requesting volunteers, and basically wreaking chaos, using classic bold slapstick humor. At the other end of the spectrum however, are the incredibly brilliant and unbelievable stunts and acrobatics. Absurd double back flips and landing on stilts, calming strolling in place on a giant spinning wheel as it tumbles through the air, and balancing in the air on the edge of a chair… It’s all in a day’s work for these incredibly gifted artists.

We are allowed to give away 2 tickets! Winner is Katrin Bento Connault!
