A couple of months ago Helena Ståhl from the new brand, One We Like, contacted me with a view to Alexander reviewing some of their clothes… after checking out their current collection I jumped at the chance. “Of course, send something over!” I said, at which point Helena also revealled we would be the premier for France.
One We Like carries many different styles; the One Tee, Pop Tee, Basic Sweat, Rag Sweat, Flash Tunic, and the Hipp Dress. For the review we received samples from the ONE TEE line. The Watch by Breeze and the Skull, both classic cut t-shirts. “A must have for kids of all ages (and their parents). Works every day, any way, all the time. Simple yet versatile.”
One We Like collaborates with some really cool illustrators like Emma Göthner, a Swedish freelance illustrator based in Stockholm who designed the Skull print amongst some others.
One We Like believes in quality over quantity. Their ethos is to put out a new collection not because they need it for a new season coming up, but because they have something special to show the world. So they only make a new product when they have something cool and exciting!
I have washed the T-shirts a couple of times now and it seems like they will have a long life (if you wash them with the right colours of course!) – Definitely something you can pass on to the younger ones. I wish you could feel the quality of the T-shirts through the computer screen. It is really that nice.
