The company was created back in 2001 when new parents Ric and Deborah Menthurst realised that their glamorous lifestyles of flamboyant parties and exclusive events were, for now, over following the birth of their first child. Up until then, the two had been in charge of Pushca, a highly successful brand of London clubs and parties, and so Deborah decided to look for a vocation which would fit better with their new family unit. This started with designing witty baby t-shirts, and now 13 years and one relocation to Hampshire later, their business is booming!
No Added Sugar exudes a sense of both stylishness and silliness, catering to both boys and girls over a wide age range. Baby clothes are split into boys and girls, with not much unisex clothing on offer. Babies are catered for up to 24 months (or 2 years) and under both baby sections section you will find adorable mini trousers and jumpers, as well as playsuits and knitwear for the colder months. There’s also the sweetest little pixie hats and blankets. Many of the playsuits have witty slogans, such as “Enjoy milk” and “You are my sunshine” offering a perfect humorous addition to your little one’s wardrobe.
In the older girl’s and boy’s section, you will find far more sophisticated, but still age-appropriate clothing. In the boys’ section you’ll find trousers in classic and modern styles from classic denim, skinny cuts and bold patterns and a selection of great looking sweat shirts using premium cotton Italian sweat and jacquards.
