I was introduced to the Pichoto children’s shoes collection this morning, by Stephane Poncelet, and instantly fell in love with them. They are definitely a must have your child’s Summer wardrobe!
When shoe designer Christian Beaufort’s little girl was born, he wanted to create a line of children’s shoes for his “Pichoto”. Pichoto, meaning “little girl” in Provencal, is from the land of the French writer Alphonse Daudet. Highly inspired by his new bundle of joy and his environment, the designer dreamt a range of children’s espadrilles and shoes, in canvas and cord, in delicate colours.
All products are made by hand, in a luxury workshop, meaning Pichoto has charmed us just as much with their quality as with their originality.
A story of passionate people taking an authentic approach to create shoes that are conceived with children at heart.

Are you just as excited about these espadrilles as we are?
