fourmonkeys is an online shop, where four different characters meet: the minimal, the rocker, the chic and the colorful. I have been following this webshop for a while now and it’s about time I introduce it to you!
Kinga, the brain behind fourmonkeys has looked and searched for the best labels, the coolest clothes and the most awesome accessories and put together four different outfits. Just choose the style you would like to shop from and you will find small and big labels intermingle to result in well selected outfits, which are easy to mix and match.

How would you describe your webshop?
Minimal. Different. And changing 🙂
What is your favorite piece from the SS14 collection?
Ohhh, do I have to pick? There are some very cool dip dye tees coming from ESP No1! Love them! Also a gorgeous dress from Soft Gallery, the old rose colored MaëLLE dress. Not to mention, their boys’ tees are to die for! Awesome prints on them…they always choose amazing artists to collaborate with.
Do you have children? How does that influence your work?
Yes, I have a 5 year old girl. Well, she makes we work at night, so I guess she influences me a very bad way :))) But now seriously, she was the reason I started all this. When choosing the clothes I am always thinking of her, how it would look on her, is it comfortable, will she like it…so her style and opinion is also important.
What are the most rewarding and most challenging aspects of your job?
The most rewarding is hearing customers are pleased with their order, and I made them a tiny bit happier! Also working from home and being able to be with my daughter. That said, the exact same thing is also the hardest. Being home, it is difficult to prioritize sometime…this is something I really have to work harder on, organise my time better!
How would you describe your own personal style?
Minimal, laid back with a splash of rock’n’roll. I like a lot of black, white, grey and the occasional deep blue. I think that is visible in my shop, although I do try to buy other things than black for the shop. I love Cos, AllSaints, Rag&Bone…
