Kids Fashion

The Les enfants a Paris Advent Calendar is back and better than ever. Every day in December we’ll be giving away fabulous fashion and gifts generously donated by our sponsors and friends.

Péro creates simple clothing for children, utilising indigenous skills and knowledge of ancient textile clothing traditions of the India and world over. Péro means “to wear” in Marwari which is the local language of Rajasthan. Most garments are inspired by the local dressing styles that one comes across in the remotest of areas.

The label Péro for men, woman and kids, is created by Aneeth Arora, a textile graduated from National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad and a fashion graduated from National Institute of Fashion Technology. A textile and dress maker who firmly believes that local people and their dressing style are the real trend setter of the time. Therefore her clothes may not essentially follow seasonal fashion but sit alongside with it. The idea is to delight the sense and mind of the wearer and create a line for someone who is fascinated by the dress of the local people around, and seeks pleasure in incorporating their effortless style in ones own attires.
